Newport, RI. 3 Sep 2012

We arrived in Newport, RI early Monday evening to the luxurious Roadway Inn hotel. We had a relaxing night after the craziness of Boston the night before. The next morning we woke up and headed to Bellevue in Newport, RI which is where some of the most historical and breathtaking mansions in the country are. Most of the mansions are situated along the coast and pedestrians are able to walk along a path called the Cliff walk near the water which allows a closer view of the mansions. We walked about 3 miles along the Cliff walk and viewed most of the mansions. Some mansions are now museums and are open to the public but most mansions are stil residential, all are just as amazing as the next one.
Later that afternoon we departed Newport, RI and headed to NEW YORK CITY!!!!!
